Privacy Policy for the “Slavutich Contact” Chatbot

This Policy explains how the Slavutich Contact chatbot (hereafter “Bot”, “We”, “Our”) collects, uses, stores, transfers, and protects personal data of users in Telegram or via chatbot.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Policy applies only to the relationship between the user and the Bot; it does not pertain to Telegram’s own privacy policy.
1.2. By using the Bot, you agree to this Policy.
1.3. We reserve the right to modify this Policy — the new version becomes effective upon publication.

2. What Data We May Collect

We may receive from you:

• Telegram username, first name, last name

• Telegram user ID

• Messages you send to the Bot

• Information you voluntarily provide (phone number, email, region, etc.)

• Anonymous statistical data (e.g. frequency of interactions, commands, timestamps)

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We process this data to:

• Provide answers to your requests

• Personalize communication (keeping track of your interests / previous queries)

• Forward to a manager when the query is complex

• Analyze and improve the Bot’s functioning

• Enhance security and prevent abuse

4. Storage and Protection of Data

• We retain personal data only as long as is necessary for the purposes listed above.

• We apply both technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, destruction, or leakage.

• Data is not shared with third parties, except when necessary to fulfill a request (e.g. forwarding to a manager) or by legal requirement.

5. Data Transfer

• We may transfer your data to managers or relevant staff to process your query.

• We do not sell or trade personal data to third parties without your consent.

• Transfer outside Ukraine is possible only if adequate protection is ensured or with your consent.

You have the right to:

• Obtain a copy of the data we hold about you

• Request correction of inaccuracies

• Request deletion of your data (excluding data we must retain for legal reasons)

• Restrict or object to processing

• Withdraw your consent (if it was the basis for processing)

7. Responsibility

• You agree not to use the Bot to send illegal, offensive, or spam messages.

• We are not responsible for information you provide incorrectly or incompletely.

8. Changes to the Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via the Bot or other channels.
